I'm currently working on completing my lantern- our theme to go off of was "seasons". I, of course, chose fishing season. Mostly because I thought that a fish skeleton would look interesting on a lantern, and partly because if I could find a way to craftily work my way around the theme limitations- I will. I'm not one to enjoy the more hands-on work, and the lantern wasn't much of an exception. I much prefer to work with pencil and paper, but I'm pleased with the fact that I haven't lost a finger in the process, and that it is beginning to look more and more like an actual skeleton. I'm interested in seeing how it will look once it is completed, but not so excited to work towards that completion.
